Dr. Steven A. Davis is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Inductive Consulting.  Dr. Davis meets with clients and stays active as a consultant, in addition to his administrative duties.  His specialties include organizational development, emotional intelligence, process improvement, research and organizational behavior.  He lives in Minneapolis and enjoys running and fishing.

Dr. Davis earned his doctor of business administration degree from Argosy University, his master of arts in organizational management degree from St. Scholastica, and his bachelor of arts degree from Gustavus Adolphus College.  Dr. Davis has nearly 15 years of consulting and business analysis experience working with Fortune 500, non-profit, academic and small business organizations.  He has been published online and in peer-reviewed journals, including his latest work in Project Management Journal.  Dr. Davis also teaches graduate classes in the Twin Cities.
